Do to extensive financial difficulties along with tension building in neighboring countries Canada has decided to reevaluate its position as apart of the Resistor nations. After an extensive meeting with the Japanese military, governmental leaders of Canada including the prime minister have decided that it will be in our benefit to join the Machine Accord. As the Commander and Chief of the Her Majesties Royal Forces we will follow orders of our government superiors.
Technological advancements have made the build of the extraterrestrial machine a more realistic mission to complete, in the allotted time provided. The improved technologies have also made the Machine Accords mission all the more financially comprehendible. Militarily Canada will remain standing its ground on the hoe front. If we are indeed activating the extraterrestrial machine the Canadian military will be prepared for the worst-case scenarios.
Active military personnel numbers as of March of 2011 approximate 68,250 men and women ready for combat. About 8 million men and 7 million women are available for military service. Although not currently threatened by any force, human or extraterrestrial Canadian militaries forces will be preparing more active personnel for what could be coming. As the Commander and Chief I have decided to activate 1,000,000 of our troops. These troops will be among the most fit and strong individuals available and will go through the most extensive training possible. Canada will be prepared for anything and will defend home with all of its might if necessary. Canada comes in peace, but eill not be taken advantage of. God save the Queen.
Sincerely,
Governor General P.E.
Caribou
Pucknington E. Caribou
Commander and Chief of
Her Majesties Royal Forces
