Canada Executive action plan

The first step shall be to create a dozen different adds that in 20 to 30 seconds will present the benefits that the central government provides to their economy and the damage that separation would cause is not worth the risk. Other themes of these adds would be nationalism, our history as one nation, and other themes that might appeal to them and convince them that the route they’ve decided on is wrong. A full minute ad will present the explain the risks that Quebec and Canada as a whole face as a result of such a reckless act, as well as highlighting the difficulty of establishing a new nation and reconstruction government.

Secondly, I shall restore the faith of the people in the government by immediately beginning infrastructure replacement to replace the old outdated infrastructure in various areas of the country. This shall hopefully give a strong boost to public opinion of the public towards the government.

Thirdly, I shall address the issue of wasteful spending. I will plan make cuts in the military, primarily in the realm of the airforce. I shall also arrange to bring back at least 50% of troops stationed overseas. Other cuts have to be assessed and funds have to be reallocated to more desperate parts of the budget. In 2013, a panel of experts will be convened to best determine what can be done to help the economy.

Further measures are to be planned at a later date once the immediate crisis of Quebec is resolved. Once that is brought to a conclusion, further measures will be taken to help with the economy, infrastructure and any other important problem.

If Quebec does seperate we will make them pay for all the infrastructure investment that we put on in the last 10 years.

Stephen Harper, Prime Minister of Canada.
